ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION

In order to take part, the Travel Agent, employee of a registered travel agency, should click into the Site where he/she will first have to fill out a light registration form on line, which will then allow him/her to access the programme; he/she will give his/her own username, password and professional email address (in case he/she loses his/her password). When completing the programme, he/she needs to fill out a complete form on line, in particular his/her name, first name and data, (hereafter the «Profile»).

In order to be valid, each registration should be complete, i.e. all the mandatory parts in the Profile must be filled out. If one or more sections are not filled out, the registration will be regarded as invalid.

A Travel Agent must create one single Profile, or run the risk of being eliminated from the contest. Euro Disney will be able to check if necessary and will judge in the last instance whether the elements of the Profiles created seem to demonstrate that the same person created more than one Profile (in particular by comparing each of the elements supplied in the Profiles).
